Your child is eligible for VPK if your child turns 4 years old before September 1. Bring: Your child's original birth certificate and a proof of residency to the 4C office near you. Some private child care providers may also sign up children for VPK, for more information call 4C at one of the numbers above.
BRING:
ORIGINAL PROOF OF CHILD'S AGE (Birth certificate, signed
immunization records, or passport) and BRING PROOF OF RESIDENCY
(Parent's driver's license with current address, utility bill,
pay stub, rent or lease agreement).
How do I enroll my child in VPK?
Take your child’s original birth certificate and proof of residency to one of the enrollment sites listed below. Fill out a VPK application and pick up your certificate of eligibility. You can then choose a progr AM that is best for your child's needs. The Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida is working in partnership with Community Coordinated Care for Children (4C) to keep a running list of participating programs in your area. Contact either organization for a current list.
