“CANCELED” Parent Policies that Support Centers

Participants will: Understand the importance of and begin to develop a comprehensive parent handbook. Included in the discussion topics will be the effects of expulsion on children.

Participants will: Understand the components of a parent handbook. Develop a mission statement and philosophy for their center. Create a behavior policy using school readiness policy guidelines. Discuss issues at their centers and learn how policies guide how those issues are managed.
