Milestones Learning Center

We are seeking a highly motivated person who is able to schedule appointments, communicate with new clients, support classroom teachers, and organize school events and holidays. This person will work directly with the HR Manager, Director, Billing Department, and Compliance Coordinator.

 Administrative Assistant:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Reports directly to the school owners/director

 Skills needed:

Knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft programs including Excel & Outlook

Experience with Canva and Procare is a plus

Experience in childcare is not required but is a plus

Knowledge of DCF Childcare Licensing Requirements

DCF 45 training hours, or obtain within 6 months

CPR/First Aid, or obtain within 90 days
