The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)

Stabilization Grants for Early Learning Programs are now available. This means new funding to operate your programs and offset the increased cost of doing business during these challenging, pandemic times!

The online application process for SWFL begins Friday, March 4, 2022. Here are a few
important things to know about this grant:

  • All applications are completed through the Provider Portal.
  • Your Provider Profile must be up to date to complete the application.
  • Successful applicants will attend ELC trainings on how to complete the application.
  • Links for Zoom (virtual) training sessions, including a special session offered for Spanish speakers (solo, en Español) are provided below.

Phase VI Grants 

There is additional funding available through the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA) Act funds for all providers in Collier, Glades, Hendry and Lee Counties.

Allocations will be made to ELC contracted and private providers based on DCF/local licensing capacity and to public/charter school providers based on the 2020-2021 number of children served.

ELC contracted and Private providers are also eligible for additional funding for Workforce Initiatives. This additional allocation must be used by providers on incentives for teachers.
