Some 5-year olds are also eligible, depending on their birth date. Parents can choose <strong>one<\/strong> of the following program options.<\/p><p><strong>School Year Program &#8211; 540 instructional hours.<\/strong> <strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p><p><strong> Summer Program &#8211; 300 instructional hours.<\/strong><\/p><p>If your child attended a school year VPK program, he\/she is<strong> NOT <\/strong>eligible for the summer VPK program unless extreme hardship applies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e4a3311 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"e4a3311\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07fc265 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"07fc265\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7514262 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7514262\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Enrollment Requirements:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Parents must complete a VPK application online<\/strong> by clicking on the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/familyservices.floridaearlylearning.com\/Account\/Login\">Florida VPK <\/a><\/strong>link here, or on the home page on this website &#8212; or at your nearest ELC Office.<\/li><li><strong>Upload<\/strong> or bring the child&#8217;s original birth certificate, passport, or immunization record signed by a physician and<\/li><li><strong>Upload<\/strong> or bring Proof of Florida Residency (e.g. electric bill, lease, driver&#8217;s license, or pay stub with address)<\/li><\/ul><p>For a list of VPK providers, <a href=\"https:\/\/caressearch.myflfamilies.com\/PublicSearch\"><strong>click here<\/strong><\/a> to select the appropriate county, then zip code in which you wish to conduct your search.
