Families will receive information about child development and developmentally appropriate practices. In addition, parents will receive listings and information about other services available in the community.

When you use CCR&R services, we may ask you to complete a short, voluntary survey about your experience. Your responses are anonymous and confidential, and they won’t affect the services you receive.

The interview process takes approximately 20 minutes after which a customized list made specifically for that parent and child can be emailed or mailed. During the interview the parent has the opportunity to ask specific questions regarding early care and education options, the child care application for financial assistance process and how to access other financial assistance for child care needs.
