Participants will focus on the planning of the classroom environment and approaches of providing the basic strategies needed to support all children with challenging behaviors in the classroom setting.

Participants will practice different forms of observing and collecting facts about the learning and development of young children. These skills will be applied to the Teaching Strategies Gold Assessment structure by actively working in small groups

The training is designed to help participants examine relationships with colleagues, improve productivity and analyze job satisfaction.
